The Unitilities Plus service combines the sites Electricity, Gas and Water bills on a single monthly bill. MGI Group invoices the client eleven fixed utilities bills based on the annual utilities budget. We take the responsibility to check that each bill we receive is correct, resolve any queries and ensure that there are no overcharges. The twelfth bill is issued following reconciliation of the annual charges and payments and you may even receive a cheque back from us!
