Have you been approached by a telecommunications company to place phone equipment on your building, such as antennas, aerials, microwave dishes or masts; then what should you do?

This at first sight may appear to be an easy opportunity to earn revenue from unused parts of your property. On the whole, that is the case. However, a recent survey found that property owners could in some cases, earn as much as £75k pa for a major installation or a macro-cell. The survey also found that the national average income for a macro-cell is around ?10k pa, whilst for smaller installations (micro-cells) it is around £4k pa.
